Natural Soda Pop

Natural carbonation is fun to do and good for you. Dissolve 9 cups sugar in to 4 3/4 gallons of luke warm water. Add one bottle of extract. Put 1/2 tsp. champagne yeast in one cup warm water, let stand for 5 minutes. Pour into mixture, stir and bottle. Do not exceed the amount of sugar given above, as this would cause excessive pressure in the bottles and therefore an unsafe condition. Store bottles in an upright position in a warm place for 6 to 10 days, chill and enjoy.

COLA, CHERRY, CREAM SODA, GINGER, LEMON-LIME, ORANGE, RASPBERRY, ROOT BEER, SARSAPARILLA,   STRAWBERRY

Each bottle makes 4 gallons of soda $6.99 and don't forget the YEAST (Order Pasteur Champagne from Wine Yeasts)
